AYANA Estate is Ready to Welcome Guests to Bali As Entry Requirements Are Relaxed for Travellers

(Jimbaran, BALI- March 16, 2022). AYANA Estate, which comprises The Villas at AYANA Resort BALI, AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI and RIMBA Jimbaran Bali by AYANA, is welcoming more and more travelers back to Bali after the news that Visa on Arrival (VOA) for more than 20 countries has been reinstated, as well as the relaxation of quarantine regulations. After the challenges of the past two years, many guests are looking forward to a luxurious and mindful vacation within the lush tropical AYANA Estate. Travelers arriving from outside Indonesia will now be able to explore both inside and outside AYANA from the first day they arrive. Although guests are still required to stay three nights at a CHSE-certified hotel and to test negative on the PCR test upon arrival, they are no longer restricted to their room, or a bubble zone as previously outlined. The guests are free to come and go as they please. Once they receive a second negative PCR on day four of their stay, they can check out and continue their Bali adventures. Christian Jaquier, Hotel Manager, says, "We are so hopeful that with all the steps that have been taken over the past few months, our guests will feel confident to return to Bali knowing it is safe to travel. The AYANA team looks forward to showing off our beautiful resort once again and welcoming guests from all over the world." During the global travel slowdown, AYANA resort refreshed itself with extensive room renovations, the expansion and enhancement of its onsite farm, and a complete redesign of its spa wellness program. To reflect the resort's overall commitment to wellbeing, signature dining outlets received menu updates and fresh concepts. Traditionally, the cliff-front property has taken advantage of natural light and open-air spaces to best serve guests, however, the pandemic prompted the team to put nature even more at the forefront of hotel and resort experiences.

"We have worked hard over the past two years to elevate our resort to a new level. At the same time, we are proud to also retain the same warm and attentive Balinese service that we have always been known for,” says Mr. Jaquier. The perfect choice for a holiday of any kind, AYANA truly offers it all. The sprawling resort is home to the famous Rock Bar. It also offers an array of distinctive international dining options, 12 swimming pools, several accommodation options, the island's most comprehensive spa, and a secluded beach. Sami Sami restaurant, one of the resort's signature dining venues, is where friends and family gather over hearty Italian cuisine to witness Bali's famous sunsets. Sami Sami, which loosely means 'togetherness,' now serves a completely redesigned menu created by classic Italian chefs. It uses fresh ingredients from the on-site AYANA farm, guaranteeing freshness, flavor, and vibrancy. Additionally, KISIK restaurant - well known for its fresh grilled seafood - has launched the KISIK Lounge, idyllically nestled on the cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean and offering another brilliant sunset experience. Enjoy refreshing beverages and tantalizing appetizers while listening to the ocean waves.

AYANA now offers an even wider range of programs and activities for guests to engage with nature during their stay to support health and wellbeing. Walking and jogging paths wind throughout the property, inviting guests to explore on foot whenever they like. At AYANA Spa, the famous Aquatonic Pool - an open-air, warm seawater oasis - is also highly recommended for its health benefits. Whether experienced alone or with friends and loved ones, it is a truly memorable hydrotherapy experience. From improving cardiovascular function to promoting healthier skin and a boosted metabolism, a trip to the Aquatonic is worth taking. Additionally, it is used to alleviate jet lag and prepare for long-haul flights.
